Most coaches give you a generic plan. I start by identifying your PCOS type, reviewing your actual labs, and building a system around your specific hormones, habits, and lifestyle - not someone else's ideal routine.
Do I need blood work before starting?
No. If you already have results, we'll review them together. If not, I'll guide you through which tests to request from your doctor and how to interpret them once you have them.
Which package should I choose?
If you want to get clear on your priorities quickly, start with the Clarity Session. For a full transformation with sustainable results, the 6-Week Reset or 3-Month package is the better fit. Just message me on WhatsApp and we'll figure it out together.
