I built the approach
I wish someone had shown me.
PMOS coach, entrepreneur, and someone who has lived every part of this: from the first unexplained symptoms to finally understanding my own body.

Coming off the pill
After ten years on the birth control pill, I decided to go hormone-free. I had no idea what was about to happen to my body: I gained weight, my skin broke out with acne, and my period didn't come back at all.

Thinking I just had to be more disciplined
Not knowing what was going on, I did what seemed logical: more cardio, cycling class at 5 am, protein bars and rice crackers to eat as little as possible. It completely disconnected me from a healthy relationship with food. Constant food noise, strict restriction, and then night-time binges on every piece of chocolate I could find. I felt puffy, bloated, tired all the time and moody.

Finally, a name for it: PMOS
There wasn't much information back then. So I decided to learn everything I could about hormones, nutrition and the female body myself, and eventually trained to become a women's health coach.

A holistic approach, built from experience
After years of learning and studying, I developed a holistic approach to heal PMOS symptoms. Now I bring it to other women, so they can finally feel good in their bodies and feel their best every day.
Feel your best, every day
Naturally thin
Without extreme diets, restriction or food noise.
Clear skin
Calmer skin as your hormones settle.
More energy
No more feeling tired, puffy and moody all the time.
Your period back
A regular cycle, and the possibility to fulfil your dream of motherhood.
